Pete Jacques has 27 years of experience in the commercial furniture industry.  He began his career as a furniture installer and later joined Fluid Interiors as an installation manager, coordinating and overseeing Fluid’s installation team while residing as Fluid’s authority on labor estimation. 

Pete is responsible for planning major/complex installations and managing field crews, their performance, and accountability for customer satisfaction.  Pete ensures that field crews complete projects in accordance with Fluid’s quality standards and also ensures that installations adhere to project timelines and budgets.

Playing an integral role in developing Fluid’s service platform, Pete has helped the company grow services like purchasing/selling used furniture and providing furniture lifts for carpet replacements. 

Pete has completed Solomon Coyle Project Management Training and multiple National Seminars/Star 12 Training courses on fostering strategic thinking skills, improving customer service, and building a motivated team.
