Project Manager

Paul has been in the commercial furniture industry for nearly 30 years.  He began his career at a furniture dealership as a furniture installer and eventually evolved into installation management, then operations management.

Paul joined Fluid Interiors as a project manager and later transitioned into customer service as the department manager.  As part of his customer service responsibilities, Paul was responsible for ensuring quality control and order accuracy.

In 2013, Paul transitioned to inter-market project management where he manages relationships with inter-market dealers.  Paul works with Haworth and non-Haworth dealers to service their local customers – from bidding projects to managing installation work.  Paul still maintains his customer service responsibilities in addition to this project management role.

His experience in installation, customer service and project management roles gives Paul a well-rounded perspective of the project process and commercial furniture industry as a whole.  This enables him to understand how each department interacts and impacts the overall process.

Paul has completed the Solomon Coyle Project Management training, along with Haworth product and customer service training.
