Customer Service Manager

Jolene is Fluid’s Customer Service Manager and was previously a Project Coordinator for Fluid.  She is entrepreneurial minded, analytical, organized, and can always be found having a positive outlook.  As a Project Coordinator, she thoroughly enjoyed experiencing the evolution of a project from start to finish, but with her exceptional skills in problem solving, leading, and teaching, Fluid found her best fit as our Customer Service Manager.  

If you asked Jolene what her favorite thing about Fluid is, she would say “The amazing people and the fresh approach to the workplace culture.  Fluid Interiors encourages work/life balance, having fun at work, and creating a culture where people actually want to show up to work every day, which are all things I truly believe are very important in life.”

When she is not at work, you can find Jolene up North at her cabin with her husband Paul and their two dogs, Annie the Aussiedoodle and Hannah the Bengal.  If she wasn’t Fluid’s Customer Service Manager, she would be flipping houses with Joanna and Chip Gaines from Fixer Upper and even runs her own Etsy shop on the evenings and weekends with custom invitations, stationary, and gifts.
