Director of Facility Services

Dan Herman has over 19 years of experience in construction, project management, installation management and business development.  Dan obtained a Bachelor of Science in psychology and worked with VSI Construction throughout college.  Following several years of experience working at a group home, Dan rejoined VSI as a laborer/carpenter apprentice.  Dan eventually became the operations manager for VSI, bidding and scheduling jobs while providing project management.  Dan was later promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing before joining Fluid Interiors.

Dan specializes in creating value-add relationships and bridges the gap between a customers’ facility needs and Fluid’s considerable service capabilities.  He enjoys taking care of clients, and thus made the natural transition into business development.  Customers respect Dan’s breadth of experience with the entire project process—from initial construction to furniture installation—experience that ultimately helps customers gain unique insights that help them achieve a better end result.

Dan is a member of BOMA and is also involved with MNCAR, NAIOP, IFMA and CoreNet Global.
