Carmen brings nearly twenty years of contract furniture experience to Fluid Interiors.  Over the course of her career in the industry, she has held a variety of positions both on the dealer as well as the manufacturer side.  Her background in dealer operations and sales administration, along with her experience in new product development, project management, and customer service, position her well for her new role with Fluid Interiors.  Carmen has also supported numerous customer engagements throughout North America, including successful project executions for large corporate, government and banking clients. 

Carmen was born and raised in Germany where she studied languages and business administration.  After graduating, she worked as an English and French translator and interpreter.  Carmen moved to the United States in 1985 and entered the furniture industry in 1995.  Carmen is also an active member of the Project Management Institute and earned her credential in 2012.

Along with her proven track record in business process improvement, developing effective teams and establishing strong customer relationships, Carmen excels in operations management.  She joined Fluid Interiors to develop and implement the infrastructure for an efficient, responsive and cost effective operations and service team.  As a results driven and goal oriented individual, Carmen brings not only an expertise in operations but a thorough understanding of sales and marketing to Fluid Interiors.
